Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please exit stage left and go do literally anything else with your time.
Services Provided
Delturn specializes in Canva-focused design services, design support subscriptions, template creation, training programs, and consulting services for businesses and entrepreneurs. The specifics of each service (including timelines, deliverables, and payment terms) will be outlined in your project agreement or package details.
User Responsibilities
You agree to:
• Provide accurate information during any communication, signup, or transaction processes.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials (if applicable).
• Not use our services for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.
• Treat our team with the respect you expect to receive in return. (No keyboard rage fits, thanks.)
Payments and Billing
Payment methods include secure online payments via Stripe.
Late payments may result in suspension of service delivery.
Retainers, subscriptions, and packages are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. However, you may pause or cancel your subscriptions at any time. No partial refunds will be provided for the current billing cycle..
Intellectual Property Rights
All designs, templates, and training materials created by Delturn are the property of Delturn until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final deliverables for their business purposes.
Templates provided are for the client's internal use only, except for white label services as specifically agreed upon.
Service Modifications
We reserve the right to:
Modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time with reasonable notice.
Adjust service offerings or pricing, with changes effective immediately upon posting to the website. (But don’t worry — we’re not the type to blindside you unless absolutely necessary.)
Refunds and Cancellations
For subscription services: you may cancel or pause anytime, but no refunds will be given for the current billing cycle.
For custom projects: if a project is cancelled after work has begun, a partial refund may be issued minus any work already completed. (Translation: We’ll be fair, but we’re not running a "try before you buy" store.)
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Delturn is not liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Loss of profits, goodwill, or data arising from your use of our services. Our designs might change your life, but if you trip over a cable while admiring your new Canva template, that’s not on us.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Delturn, its owners, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your misuse of our services or violation of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be handled exclusively in the courts located in Abuja, Nigeria.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services will mean you accept those updates.
